At WU Chow, we are passionate about bringing farm-fresh, modern Chinese food to Austin, TX. Our Executive Chef Ji Peng Chen brings traditional recipes of the eight styles of Chinese cuisine, from the fiery flavors of Sichuan to the delicate dishes of Guangdong. We use the freshest ingredients, sourced from local farms, ranches and markets, to create unforgettable dishes that blend our authentic cooking styles with innovative expressions of these cooking styles.
The WU menu is composed of traditional family recipes & cooking styles representing the eight culinary cuisines of Chinese cooking; Including Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Szechuan and Zhejiang. We take these traditions and add our modern touch to their finish.
